Home built gear: Ksoloti Gills video.

After building the Ksoloti Gills (shown in a previous blog) I managed to get round to trying it out.
I used some of the patches supplied with the Ksoloti Gills patcher software. It all seemed to work quite well.
I've put a video on YouTube tentatively demonstrating some of the patches. I only really adjusted some of the controls a small amount, but I will try to do some updates with other patches in the future (when I get the chance). This was all only really a quick trial to see if things were working OK.
The only thing I did notice was I got some USB noise when I was using the unit connected to my laptop (live patching mode). This was mainly down to my setup though, and moving cables around and to different ports did improve things. When the Ksoloti was used in stand-alone mode with a separate power supply, no noise was evident.
